Since we are located in Aurora, our charges for mobile services

0 - 10 Miles = $5.00
10 - 30 Miles = $30.00
30 + Miles = $30.00 + .50 per mile

We will do our best to call 30 min. prior to arriving. We will knock at the door if we do not see your equipment readily available. If you would prefer to leave your equipment where it can be easily accessed, we should have all of the information needed to start, having previously talked with you during scheduling. Our mobile set up allows us to work without too much disruption. If we need to order parts for your item, we will contact you face to face, telephone or via email to make a follow up appointment.    

We will offer you a tentative time frame for  stopping by. Please leave your item in a relatively safe place that is easily accessible to us. If special instructions are needed, this can be discussed during the appointment scheduling or simply give us a quick call or text. We will do our best to retrieve items and leave surroundings as we found them. If we need to order parts for your item, we will contact you via phone or email. We will also return your item to the location in which we retrieved it.
