About Us   

          We are a small family-owned business. Our name, M.A.D.S., is the first initial of each of our children. , Scott Olmstead is our one and only mechanic and we're sure you will be satisfied by the quality of work provided. Over the years, he has honed his skill in many ways, gaining experience through simply helping friends and neighbors with projects. Most recently, Scott was Senior Small Engine Specialist for L&M Fleet Supply, where he earned multiple certificates from reputable companies such as Cub Cadet, Stihl, and Honda. He consistently maintained a 100% quality rating in the work he performed.

          After much thought, Scott and his wife, Stephanie, decided to venture into business and fill need for small engine repair services in the Northern Iron Range and are now proud to offer our repair services. We believe that this service will be very beneficial to our local community, and we think you will too. We look forward to getting to know you and doing business with you, our community.

UPDATE !

We've recently purchased the Tacora building located at 320 Main Street N., Aurora, MN 55705! We closed on this building Nov. 24th and have been putting in sweat equity to get the building functional to begin taking on clients. Our doors will officially open for smaller equipment January 3rd, 2022. Our current dilemma at the moment is getting larger equipment over 33 inches inside the building. We are working as quickly as possible to get a garage door installed to begin working on larger items. We will keep everyone posted as changes occur. We are very excited in the amount of support we have received in such a short amount of time. We have an amazing community and can't wait to service all of your small engine needs.
